Carol was an awesome school nurse.. I loved talking to her. She would make me laugh all the time. She always talked about how much she really enjoyed my pound cake. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have missed her since she left Western. I will always remember her smile and the love she had for others.

Mrs Ryalls and family<
Carol Sue and I attended school together--Stony Point and beyound. Her sweet smile and warm personality was something I always remembered. The last time I saw her was nearly 4 years ago, after my father passed away. I was back in Charlottesville to help my mother when we ran in to her at the produce market. I saw the same sweet smile, the same sweet person from Stony Point. Though years may separate those we see as friends, from whatever part of our lives they may touch, there are things they leave with us-those we will keep forever. For me, it will be Carol Sue and her smile and her caring for others. With all I have read, Carol Sue was a true success. She will be missed.

Carol was a wonderful school nurse whose compassion and dedication endeared her to our students. She loved our students as though they were her own. I know that she is first in line for today's heavenly Elvis concert. Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.

Dearest Jenny,
No one can feel the pain you have now or will have in the future but I would like for you to know that my heart goes out to you. You and the family are in my prayers at this sad time. Think of all the happiness you shared with Carol Sue and know that one day you will be together again with Clinton. I feel like our kids almost grew up together while we worked together at Centel. We shared so many stories about them as they grew. May God comfort you and care for you now.
