Losing Charley is sad for us all, but he will always be with us as we remember his sense of humor, his skills, his honesty, and all the memories. It has been my pleasure to work with him for many, many years and to share many laughs with him over that time. Best wishes to Judy and all the family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Charles over a span of more than 40 years, and he was consistently through all of those years a gentleman of character, class, kindness and good humor. Everyone should be so fortunate as to have a neighbor like Charles Eppard. As God has seen cause to welcome Charles into a new dimension of His vast kingdom, I hope that He will also bless and comfort Judy, Bradley, Tracy, Holly and Jeffrey in their time of sorrow and loss.

I was so sad to hear of Charlies' passing. I had the honor of working on several jobs with him and he was a great guy to be around. To the family no words can make you feel better but knowing you have friends will help. Charlie was a great man and construction was his talent. God needed another foreman in heaven , he got one of the best. Brad if you guys need us for anything please call, you'll be in our thoughts and prayers.

Judy, Tracy, Brad, Jeffrey & Holly: You all are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I have many fond memories of Charley! Many are from comments or words of wisdom rising from his sense of humor. I will miss answering my phone and hearing the words "Hey Buck" from the other end. He was a wonderful man whom I know will be greatly missed. Love to you all, Stacy
