Earl Eppard Obituary

He was born on October 20, 1943, in Baltimore, MD to the late Earl Elijah and Cecelia Christina (Napfel) Eppard.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gwendolyn Eppard in 2003.
Earl was a graduate of Baltimore Poly Tech.
He was employed by Baltimore Gas & Electric as a Supervisor and a Machinist for 34 years until his retirement.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church Williamsport, MD.
Earl was also a member of Potomac Post #202 American Legion Williamsport, MD and Sergeant at Arms for several years.
Earl loved his dogs. He had a homemade animal sanctuary and was an animal lover. He enjoyed spending time in the yard and watching the birds.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Lee Eppard whom he married on September 16, 2006; son Earl R. Eppard (Helen); daughter Bonnie Lee; daughter Karen Eppard; son Daniel Eppard; stepson Wayne Langville (Lisa); grandchildren Brian, Stephen, Earl M., Matthew, Dalton, Grayson, Peyton, Trenton, Travis, Georgia, and Elijah; 11 great grandchildren; sister Carol McCain; Brother Ronald Eppard; brother Robert Eppard; sister Sharon Smith.
Besides his parents and first wife, he was predeceased by a stepdaughter Beverly Wratchford.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 3:00 – 5:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Tuesday for the convenience of family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 10:00 am with Father David Ray officiating. Interment will be in Crestlawn Cemetery Marriottsville, MD on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 1:00 pm.
