Diana Weeks Farrell
Diana Weeks Farrell, born in York, Pennsylvania, on September 18, 1931, died on Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, after battling ovarian cancer. She had her family by her side.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas V. Farrell; sons, Thomas V. Farrell Jr. of New York, New York, Peter Farrell of Afton, Virginia, and Michael Farrell of New Orleans, Louisiana, daughters, Lilli Farrell of Rhinebeck, New York, Diana C. Farrell of Crozet, Virginia; a sister, Carol Geczy of Anchorage, Alaska.
She was the loving grandmother of Andrew Robb, Olivia Farrell, Nicholas Farrell, and Edith Farrell.
She gave of herself selflessly to her community, friends, and to St. Thomas Aquinas Church, which will hold a service at a later date.
