Dear Ward,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of grief. Dot was so wonderful to help us at the Charlottesville Postal Credit Union for years. She was a lovely Christian woman. It was our pleasure to know her. All your years together are precious. Take Care. Love, Chuck and Linda Davis-Zephyrhills Fla

Ward,
Daddy, my wife Jean, and I are sorry to hear that Dot has passed away. We will always remember how nice a person she was when we saw her at the Charlottesville Postal Federal Credit Union. She was a joy to talk to and a fine first cousin to my mother, Clarice Gentry Blackwell, who passed away on November 11, 2010. I am sure they will be in Heaven together. Best wishes, Jim, Jean, & Steve Blackwell

Dear Ward,
Sheryl and I and all of the children mourn Dot's passing. I remember the wondeful days I spent at UVA (you all kept celebrating my graduations!), and I know how hard these days must be for you. Evelyn was asking about both you and Dot just days before she died in July, and I know the love you shared will remain in all our hearts. We will mis her. All our love, John, Sheryl, Jason, Megan, Liz, and Suzanne

Dear Uncle Ward, I send you my deepest sympathies at this time of loss. Aunt Dot was a favorite of mine and I will hold special memories of her in my heart. She always smelled so good and gave the best hugs! I hope memories of this special woman will help you during this time. Love, Robin

Dear Uncle Ward,
So sorry to hear of Aunt Dot's passing. This is so sad as you two are soul mates for life. She lived her life to the word of God, and I am sure that she has been blessed with eternal life.
My prayers are with you as mourn your loss and the love of your life.
God bless you,

Ward and Dot were some of the first people I met at FBC, several years ago. They were so wonderful and warm and obviously loved God. She had a beautiful smile. I know she is in heaven!!

Dear Ward,
I have such fond memories of both Dot and you while we lived in Charlottesville. I remember Dot's surgical problem which, bless God, turned out to be benign many years ago. You both have many, many stars in your crowns. I pray that your days will be blessed with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Love, Dr. Lewis Barnett
