Dear Scruggs Family
My parents were neighbors and I have known your family for many years.
Gladys and Earl are the kind of people and neighbors that are thought of in reminisces of "earlier times" when things were on a much closer neighborhood basis.
I am so sorry for your loss.
She will be greatly missed but I celebrate Gladys going on to be with our Lord.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers

I knew Gladys for many years when we both worked at FSTC. She was always kind, pleasant, and helpful, truly a fine lady who had something good to say about almost everybody. My wife and I would see her amd Earl at the grocery store frequently in recent years and enjoyed our conversations with her there. If everybody had the kind of personality she did, it would be a much better world. We send our sympathy to Earl and the entire family.

I got to know Gladys through one of the girls (Terry) I worked with at the beauty shop that did her hair. After leaving the hair business, I went into the pharmacy at WalMart to work and she was a customer there as well.
Gladys was such a sweetheart. I am blessed to have known her. She didn't know a stranger.
The family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Brenda,
I am so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. She is at peace and feels no pain. May the Lord hold you close during this difficult time. Please let Todd or I know if you or your Dad need anything.
