Michael Del Grande Obituary
Michael R. Del Grande, 70, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2010, in Free Union, Virginia.
He is survived by his three children, Michele, Michael and Mark; and five grandchildren.
Mike was born and raised in Washington, D.C. After a successful career with AT&T, while living in Summit, New Jersey, and the Washington, D.C. area, Michael retired to Free Union, Virginia. During retirement, Mike took advantage of his free time by relaxing in the sun, listening to Frank Sinatra, and bird watching. Most of all, Mike enjoyed every opportunity he had to spend with his family, particularly his grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at the Teague Funeral Home in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday, April 24, 2010.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Heart Association.
