Reginald J. Toms, 55, of Charlottesville, departed this life Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Martha Jefferson Hospital.
Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2010, at Oak Hill Baptist Church. The Reverend L. Keith Otey officiating and the Reverend Dr. Dale Johnson, Eulogist.
Burial with military honors will follow at the church cemetery.
The body will lie in state at the church 1 hour prior to the service.
Byrum-Parr Funeral Home is serving the family, 434-277-5194.
