Edward Wing Obituary

EDWARD A. WING JR. AGE: 77 LINCOLN PARK Edward A. Wing Jr., 77, of Lincoln Park, formerly of Morristown, passed away Thursday July 23rd at Care One at Morris. Born in Ogdensburg, NY. on Thursday, September 24, 1931. He was the son of the late Edward A. and Corelsl I. (Gilbert) Wing. Mr. Wing had had been employed as a Pro shop manager at Sun Valley Golf Course Pequannock. He was a member of Our Lady Of The Holy Angels Church, Little Falls; member of the United States Golf Association; the Whippany American Legion Post #155. He was a retired officer of the US Army having done tours in Vietnam and Korea. Predeceased by his wives Grace Wry Wing and Rosemary Nocholson-Wing. He is survived by daughter Coral I, wife of William Elles of Vermont; son Michael W. Wing of Connecticut; daughter Linda M. Ayres of New Jersey. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Funeral Service will be held at Rowe Lanterman Home for Funerals 71 Washington St. at 10AM on Tuesday. Interment is private at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be Monday 4-7pm. and Tuesday 9am for one hour prior to the funeral. Condolences may be expressed at www. rowelanterman.com.
