I only worked with Jim over the phone, but he was always a pleasure to talk to and was always very helpful. He will be greatly missed here at Citi. Thoughts and prayers go out to Jim's family at both work and home.

I was so sorry to learn of Jim's passing. I first met Jim at Citi in 2005, and he was always gracious and friendly - an all around nice person. His family was so important to him and he was always thoughtful about asking how my family was doing too. Jim will definitely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I was very fortunate to work closely with Jim for several years. He shared his family life and life experiences that touched my own life. He was not only a great co-worker, a good friend, and an excellent mentor, but also a very caring person. We shared great conversation and many laughs over coffee. He will be greatly missed!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Jim's entire family. I knew Jim from our data in Citi Auto. Jim was not only a good manager, he was a good person. He genuinely cared for people. He always made a point of saying good morning and engaging you in a conversation. Jim's family was extremely important to him and it was a pleasure to exchange family updates. Jim, I know you're in a better place now, but here we're going to miss you.

I had the great pleasure of working with Jim on some initiatives and being his cube neighbor. Each time I was in the office when he was in the office, he would brighten my day. He would let me know he had coffee ready and we’d talk for a few minutes. I will always remember his sense of humor, his common sense way of looking at things, and his deep love for his family. He would take a few moments out of his busy work day to just touch base with them and let them know he was thinking of them. I’m deeply saddened. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

To Jim's family and those of us who were fortunate to work, talk, laugh with him, sorrow for his passing and joy for the time we were allowed to know him. Jim, you will be missed, thanks for sharing your work day, time and thoughts with those of us in Jacksonville Florida.

Extremely saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. I had the pleasure of working directly with Jim for a number of years. We talked almost everyday. Often we would take the time to talk about the important things in life…our families. Jim loved his family and often talked about his wife, daughter and grand kids. We talked hockey, family outings, common places of interest like Jackson Hole, Wyoming. And life's challenges in general. Jim wasn’t just another nice guy. Jim was a good man, a man of honor and integrity. I will miss him but never forget him. The world doesn’t have many ‘Jim’s’. We lost a one of a kind. We all possible respect, Pete
