News Death Notice
MARTS, Thomas R. Age 62 of Tipp City, OH, passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2015. Tom was born December 15, 1952 at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, son of James L (Annette) Marts and the late Mary C. Weishampel. He was a graduate of Dayton Fairview High School Class of 1971. Tom was a member of the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors since 1989. He was currently employed with Gem City Property Management in Dayton. Tom was formerly employed with Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors. He was a member of the Tipp City Eagles Club Aerie #2201. Tom was an avid fisherman, animal lover and water enthusiast. Mr. Marts is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly (Wenger); son, Gavin; step-daughter, Kelly Wenger; many other loving family members and friends. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, October 12, 2015 at Baker-Hazel & Snider Funeral Home, 5555 Philadelphia Dr., at N,. Main St., Dayton, OH 45415, Pastor Jody McGuire officiating. Interment Shiloh Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 4-7 PM Sunday, October 11, 2015 and 10-11 AM Monday, October 12, 2015 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, in Tom's memory. Online memories and condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerhazelsnider.com
