To the Family of Calvin Shoemaker,

I have known Calvin for a number of years. He and my husband, Robert, were both retirees of Chrysler. I saw Calvin on a regular basis at Madden Golf Course, where for the last several years, he served as starter for the Madden Women's Assn on Thursday evenings. He was always pleasant and one could not help but look forward to having some "wise cracking" conversation with him. He carried his age well and he was always a gentleman. I'm certain that he will be missed by the golfers he served.

Sincerely,
