Funeral for Jordan Lee McDill, 17, of Moulton will be Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Ferguson Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Jordan, who passed away Sunday, September 12, 2010, at Birmingham Children's Hospital, was born January 2, 1993, in Russellville to Shane and Tammy McDill. He enjoyed four wheel racing, baseball and Alabama football. Jordan was a student at Lawrence County High School. He attended Cornerstone Church. He was preceded in death by his father, and grandfather, Donald Little.
He is survived by his mother, Tammy McDill; one brother, Preston McDill; one sister, Shea McDill; one half sister, Shelby McDoogle; and his grandparents, Robert Earl and Susie McDill and Brenda Little.

jordan , i dearly miss you!! i wish you was still here you were like everything to me. but i was thinking about you the other day on your birthday wishing you were here to spend it with all of us but atlest you got to spend it with your dad. well you will always be in my heart and you was the best first cuzin ever !! we had so much memories togeather i wouldnt take nothing back for them they were wonderful times but i miss and love you dearly.. one day i will be with you and we can go ridden 4wheelers adain and bring them great memories back that we use to have togeather as cuzins!!

We have wonderful memories of Jordan spending the night at our house. I used to worry listening to him cough when he got up in the morning but it was all normal to him. He just kept on going! I will never forget that blond hair when he was younger and big smile. Playing for the Mt. Hope football team with Chris. These things we won't understand now, I know I don't. But I do know that Jordan brought joy and laughter to many people. He was a precious, great kid. We will be praying for your whole family.
