May God bless all of your family as you go through this season of transition and the unfolding of new realities. AND, may these moments of bittersweet emotions lead your family to an even deeper walk of faith. "Onward to the prize before us."

What a wonderful man of God. I know he will be missed by many. He was the Pastor at Baltimore 1st church of the Nazarene. My grandmother and aunt, Mary Cavey and Delores Cavey went to the church for many years. They thought of him very fondly. When my grandmother passed away in 1994, he did her funeral.
I have may memory's of Dr. Carnahan at church camp. He was truly a wonderful Pastor. May he rest in peace.

My mother remembers how kind he was to my grandmother when my grandfather, Rev. James Boggs, passed away unexpectedly in the fall of 1970. And he always remembered my husband, since he was from Rochester, NY, and a nephew to Rev. Morris Wilson from Rochester Trinity Church of the Nazarene. Rev. Carnahan will be missed by our family.

We are so grateful we knew Dr. Carnahan. He was a man of integrity who had a great love of people, and wholeheartedly loved God. We know he will be missed by so many people whose lives he touched in such positive ways. Our thoughts & prayers are with all of you, but especially Doris, during this time. May God bring you peace and comfort.

My sincere condolences to all the friends and family. During these times of distress is especially more necessary to pour out your heart to God in prayer because he cares for you. He promises that all who do so will have their thoughts and feelings soothed by "the peace of God that surpasses all understanding. Phillipians 4: 6,7
