Gilbert Blew Obituary
After graduating from Penn State in 1961, Gib served as an officer in the United States Navy for 3 years. He was a 30-year employee of Eastman Kodak Company. He began his career in Industrial Engineering and worked in sales in the Motion Picture and Audio/Visual Division for many years until his retirement in 1991. Gib was a member of the Craftsman Robertson Lodge and Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church, serving as an elder. In recent years he renewed his passion for photography and took many beautiful pictures.
Friends may call Tuesday, 6-8 pm at the funeral chapel (2305 Monroe Ave.). A Memorial Service will be celebrated Wednesday, 11:00 AM at Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church, 1200 Winton Rd. South (14618). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, 801 Roeder Road, Ste. 400, Silver Spring, MD 20910 or Twelve Corners Presbyterian Church. Dear family,
I knew Gib as a child and lost track of him over the years. I'm presently in France, but when I learned that "Gibbie" was no longer among us, it calme as a shock and a great sadness came over me. I'll always remember him and although I didn't have the pleasure to know you, pleas be assured that I share in your sorrow!

I'm so sorry to hear about Gib. I will always remember all the times we had at Penn State watching our Nittany Lions win. I truly enjoyed ever game chatting to Gib about his time there as a student and alum. I am deeply sorrowed by your lose.
