Rochester: April 9, 2016. Age 95. Predeceased by her husband, Anthony; sisters, Palma Polito & Mary Callari. Josephine is survived by her daughter, Linda (William) Bachman; son, Joseph P. (fiancee Tracy Kroft) Chiappone; grandchildren, Kevin (Angela) Bachman, Brian (Kristen) Bachman, Cheryl (Dave Kaiser) Chiappone & Alicia (Tom) Rogers; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Clara (Phillip) Arengi; her brother, Samuel (Marieangela) Salamone; sisters-in-law, Sandy LaGeorge & Katherine (Kay) Chiappone; many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Calling Wednesday, 4 - 7 PM. at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd., Webster (Rte. 250). Please join the family at 11 AM Thursday for the celebration of her Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, Penfield (43 Gebhardt Rd.) Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. We are so sorry for your loss of your mom she was a good friend to my mother-in law (Prospera Scardino at the home. They enjoyed talking about the old days and foods that they mastered. I remember her telling me about the family cook book and all the wonderful recipes in it. She had a good life and she loved you all very much .

We are an image of our parents. I didn't know her, but I knew and worked with her son, Joe. Therefore I know she was a wonderful person. Joe, I am so sorry for your loss.
