It was with great sadness that I learned of Joe's passing today, May 17th 2019. Joe was a tremendous supporter of the Business School at the University of Colorado Denver. He and Marty willing donated resources to the business school. More importantly, they contributed their time and emotional support. They were truly wonderful people who believed in supporting causes because they believed in the cause. The world was a better place because of Joe and Marty.

I met Joe through Rhona and so enjoyed his though Rhona and so enjoyed his thoughtful ways and his kindness. He was obviously brilliant and discussions were always envigorating and fun. I feel blessed to have met him and to have shared time, although very limited , with him.
