Mary Ann Piep Kennaday died Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the age of 82.
She was born July 2, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Frederick G. and Klara Knesebeck Piep. She graduated from Granite High School. Married Vick Schaufer; he preceded her in death. Married Jack Kennaday; later divorced. Mary Ann had a big heart and was loved by everyone
Survived by stepchildren: Margaret Yates, Vickie Schubert, Alice Wardill and Jerry Schaufer; brother, Jack Piep; many nephews and nieces including Tina Piep Miller. Preceded in death is her companion for over 25 years, Stan Smith; parents; sisters Elizabeth Robinson, Elsie Palmer, Clara Scroggins; brothers Fred, Henry, George Kenneth and Bob.
A viewing will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015, 12-1:30 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East 10600 South. In lieu of flowers donations will be appreciated and can be made in her name at McDougal Funeral Home.
