LADEANNE WECKER Obituary

LaDeanne Wecker 1928 ~ 2010 Shirley LaDeanne Milner Wecker passed away peacefully in her home in Long Beach, California on Monday, December 6, 2010 after a brief illness. LaDeanne was born on March 11, 1928 in Carbon County, Utah, the daughter of George Milner Jr. and Clara Oman Milner. She married Jack Wecker on October 23, 1948 in Price, Utah. LaDeanne and Jack lived in California, Germany, Japan, Hawaii, Georgia and Bahrain, but called Ogden home for thirty-four years. LaDeanne completed her Bachelor's Degree at Church College of Hawaii, and went on to teach English in Hawaii, Georgia, and finally at Washington High School in Ogden. LaDeanne's life centered on her family and her many friends. She is survived by her husband, Jack, and her children: Paul (Janet) Wecker, Pleasant View, Utah; David (CharLee) Wecker, Kihei, Hawaii; Carla (Semo) Neria, Duchesne, Utah; John (Cindy) Wecker, Annandale, Virginia; Helen Wecker, Long Beach, California; and Mark (Amee) Wecker, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at the LDS Waterfall Canyon Ward, 3254 Polk Ave., Ogden, Utah.
