Jack Coffman Obituary

Jack Norman Coffman 1944 ~ 2008 Our beloved husband, father and grandfather, Jack Norman Coffman, passed away Sept. 5, 2008 after a courageous battle with cancer.Born September 16, 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John Roy Coffman and Norma Butler. Married Linda Lee Boyce December 3, 1960 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a truck driver for 38 years where he obtained the Georgia Pacific Million Miles Safety Award, 6 Year Safety Award with Kimberly Clark and the Million Miles Safety Award with USF Reddaway. He loved cars and his dogs. Survived by wife; children, Richard Coffman (Scott Crothers), Karen (Mark) Morris, John Steven (Kathy) Coffman and Justin Coffman; six grandchildren, Tony, Tim, Alex, Tiffiany, Tucker and Savannah; one great-grandson Jesse; three sisters and two brothers, Johnny, Cecilia, Gina, Joe and Tina; and aunt Kay Butler. A visitation and celebration of Jack's life will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 So. 2200 W. Riverton. Jack had the looks, charm & personality in school. It's difficult when you find a class mate in the paper..Yet it brings back memories of a friend. I'm very sorry for your loss.
