Robin Michelle Ament, 39, passed away in her sleep Saturday, Aug. 30, 2014, after struggling with illness for several months. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Monday in Greenwood Chapel. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood. Robin was born July 31, 1975, in Austin. She and her twin sister Rhonda were 30 days premature and Robin was the second of the two to be born. Robin was a loving mother and wife. She had recently moved back to Texas while waiting for her husband to complete his tour of duty in Japan. Robin was preceded in death by her father, Robert Brooker; and grandparents, Hershel and Margaret Barnes. Survivors: Husband, Jeremy Ament; children, Kaitlyn, Miranda, Emilee and Jacob; mother, Linda Sanchez; and sisters, Terri Dykstra and husband, Tony, and Rhonda Ament and husband, Michael.

My beautiful twin, I love and miss you so much. There are so many things I wish I could share with you. My life will never be the same without you and I still struggle everyday to live on this earth without you by my side. I know I have to keep going, though, for your kids, my kids and mom. i miss you mom......i really wshh you were here right now.
lifes been so diffrent now. this still does not feel real.
i will never ever forget you and our crazy,happy,funny,sad,and dramatic moments we had together.

i somtimes listen to, well what i remember you told me was your favorite song , over the rainbow. when i listen to it, i am reminded of our road trips we would take when i was little.
i dont know why this happened but i wish i could see you one last time, for another day,hour,or even minutes.
id do anything for that......
but through i miss you and i am so sad you are not here anymore.
but i know just because i cant see you doesnt mean your not here with me...
i love you so much and wish so badly that we could see eachother again, but i know i will someday,through that will be in a very long time i know that that day will one day come.
