To the Marva Newsome Family,
This is such a shock to me because I'm just now finding out that she has passed away. I remember Sis. Newsome during my time at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. I can hear her singing in the choir and doing whatever she was called on to do. She was a true servant who always encouraged others in their time of need. What a spiritual giant she was! I will miss her beautiful voice and encouraging words. Children and grandchildren, know that she is with the Lord Jesus and we will see her again! May God bless, comfort, and keep you!

OMG!!! Ms. Newsome I thought of her all the time. I'm sorry for your lost I worked with Ms. Newsome for 17 yrs. She was a sweet person. My prayers are with you all. May God watch over you in your time of mourning.

Miss newsome was a great lady and was not afraid to tell it like it is.. I have the pleasure to meet her when I was working with FWISD. She had a lot of spank.. I saw you not long ago at Walmart and got the privilege to get a big hug.. RIP, my condoléances to your family

When I received the news my heart was so heavy!!! I truly loved this beautiful Woman of God whenever I Saw her she would greet me with that beautiful smile and big hug.She will be missed! Heaven has truly gained an angel.Go ahead beautiful lady and take your peaceful rest, you're only sleeping. I will meet you again until then Precious memories will linger.
