Jeni
I read your entry and I had to reply.. you already are a wonderful mother, wife and friend. You have your mother's spirit and grace in you, you always have. Even when you were making funny faces in our childhood pictures, your beauty still shone through!

Dave & Jeni,
What a joy it was having Cindy for a Sister in Law. She always had a big heart for people, in need. I know she is now doing her "Brushstrokes" in Heaven.

To my brave Mother,
Every time you walked in the room it was like someone let some sunshine in:) I will miss your warm light. You were such a good mother to me and my best friend. I will miss hearing your sweet voice. Thank you for never losing faith in me, for always encouraging me, for always advocating for me. I hope I live up to the wonderful mother and person that you were. Even though you are not on earth anymore you have left behind a legacy. You have left a legacy of love, strength and beauty to be passed down for generations. I am at peace because I know you are not in pain, but in the glorious presence of our Lord, healthy and brand new. Until we meet again, I will find smiles in the memories & through the tears. Your daughter Jeni

I met Cindy through David Myers. In our brief encounters, Cindy generously shared her artistic story and painting tips that she had discovered along her journey. We shared stories about teaching including kids, parents, and school systems. Cindy talked of her mother who painted and her bird at home. Her eyes really began to shine when she talked of her grandchildren. Cindy, know that you touched the lives of many and watch over us.

I am very sorry to hear this. I pray that your family will be comforted during this time and have peace knowing that she is resting safely in the arms of our Lord. May God bless you and carry you through these days. I have many fond memories of Cindy from when Jeni and I were in High School and in our younger days. Love you all.

She saw beauty to the left of her, beauty to the right of her, beauty above her and beauty beneath her. Through her eyes and with her hand she painted the beauty she saw all around her.

Now, Cindy Little is gone from this dimension. What remains of the world that she saw and painted is likely her perpetual lesson plan and reminder left to loved ones as a guide of the beauty in our world and on the path we walk.
