COL Green was a inspirational role model and among the most outstanding officers of any component I knew during my career, including the few years I served with elements of the 112th Med Bde. His legacy will live on in the person of you, his daughter, the incoming TAG, ONG. It was truly a privilege to serve with your father.

The first time I met the Colonel we were in war exercises and he looked at me and said "whatever you do, if we get caught don't call me Colonel call me Bob!" what a sense of humor and wonderful leader. Julie and I will always remember him with fondness. Bless the entire family.. Don S. Montgomery MSG (E8) (retired)

To my nieces and nephew, our heartfelt sympathy and love go out to all of you. Your dad meant the world to us, he was such a well respected and honorable man. No words can describe the joy we brought to our lives. May he and Donna have eternal peace together.
Our only regret at this time is that we can not make it back for his service. Please accept this as our sincere condolence.
With much love,
Aunt Cindy and Uncle Richard

We'd like to express our sympathy to Bob's family. He and Donna were members of the Marysville Village Squares and we enjoyed knowing them. Alzheimers is such a sad thing and It's a comfort to know that Bob is at peace now.

Doug and Fran, you have my deepest sympathy and prayers. I thought very highly of your Dad, Doug. He was a wonderful man as I remember working with him when I worked with him at the Armory years back. A perfect gentleman and kind friend. God Bless.
