Very surprised and upset to learn of Dan's passing. He was a good friend during our high school years. He really was a special person in my memory because he went with me to my first live concert. That event was a very good experience for both of us, and he talked most positive for a long period about it. My condolences go out to the family including Ray who was very involved with us throughout our days at DeSales.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Dan's passing. He and Steve made us feel so when my later partner Armando and I moved to Washington. We shared so many wonderful times together. I am so thankful for having known him.

To have known Danny was to love him. When I found out about his passing, I thought of a saying by Alfred Lord Tennyson that reminded me of Dan: "The happiness of a man in this life does not consist in his absence, but in the mastery of his passions." We will miss you fellow classmate but we take comfort knowing you are in Gods loving arms. Until we meet again. Rest in peace.
