SPARROW, Fred ( Dick ) On July 4, 2006 Fred (Dick) Sparrow passed away of Cancer at Killam General Hospital. A private graveside service and burial will be held. Fred's children would appreciate the presence of family and friends at a celebration of life Luncheon at Westlawn Funeral Home, 16310 Stony Plain Road on July 6, 2006 12:00 p.m. He was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy in 1990 and is now survived by his wife Vivian, his three children Wayne (Linda), Richard (Arlene) and Joanne (friend Curtis); six grandchildren, Kris, Paige, Ashley, Cody, Dawn and Didier. Vivians four children Hal (Donna) Denny (Vern) Greg (Theresa) Perry (Jodie) and their families. He is also survived by sister Phyllis Bradley of Rocky Mountain House and her family; sister Betty (Don) Hall of Provost and their family. He was predeceased by brothers Don and Tom, sisters Mary and Ida. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Killam General Hospital or the Canadian Cancer Society.
