Since I was a little child,
In all that I've been through;
You've always been my hero,
No one stood as tall as you.
You were the one who took the time,
To teach what I needed to learn;
The lessons in life you shared with me,
You shared with love and concern.
I loved you as a little child,
And now that I am grown;
I share those lessons you taught me;
With children of my own.
Generation to generation,
I'll pass on your legacy;
I'll tell of my loving Grandfather,
And all that you mean to me.
Love you always and forever, Grandpa!

Joe treated me like a son since the day he met me. I will never forget that laugh and that smile. He was a great man and raised some great kids that I'm proud to call my sisters and brothers.Any consalation I can't help but think Joe and Genny are sitting by that big campfire picking a song and laughing like the old days

Dear Sam and Family,
Your dad truly was a great man. I remember he was 69 when we met him, and we thought he was in his 40's - out worked (and played) the kids of these days! Full of life and wonderful character. He really will be missed.

Dad I have always loved this picture. It shows who you were. I miss you so much, your laugh, your sense of humor, just everything about you. You have instilled so many good things in me that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I love you so much.

To all the family of Joe, we are so very sorry. Ihave known and loved Joe for years. He and my brother Bill Whetzel, were the best of friends. We will miss Joe . A GREAT GUY!!!
