Donna Kaye Belknap

Donna Kaye Belknap passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 21, 2013 at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Kevin Tully officiating. Interment will be in the Ochelata Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home. Donna was born February 11, 1940 in Oklahoma City, OK to Frank and Etta Maye (Holland) Morrison Sr. She married William "Bill" Belknap on March 4, 1991 in Dallas, TX. Donna dedicated 35 years of service to Peoples Savings & Loan before retiring in 1991. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church. She loved people, always helping and giving to those in distress or in need. Donna enjoyed cooking and baking, especially her famous chocolate cakes. Whether it be dinner parties, dancing or casual, Donna was always in fashion. She loved basketball and excelled in the sport in high school. Donna is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Belknap of the home. Two brothers, Frank Morrison of Edmond and Paul Morrison of Bartlesville. Two sisters, Kathleen Fererro of Bartlesville and Dixie Allen of Dewey. One niece, Judy and husband Dave Scroggins of Oregon, MO, step-son, William C. Belknap and wife Elizabeth of Tulsa, numerous other nieces, nephews and many friends. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Pauline Morrison, Margie Wolbrette and brother, J.R. Morrison. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church, PO Box 1136, 500 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville, OK 74005.
