Born November 28, 1931 in Alabama, Ralph served in the U.S Navy, worked at the Rockledge Police Department and was a Supervisor for the City of Rockledge. There are no words to express my broken heart. My best friend, my rock, my love and my husband has gone to Heaven. Fly with the Angels now my Guardian Angel.~All my love, your wife Vicki~
Ralph is survived by his best friends Tony & Jody Yacono of M.I., His son Mike Belcher of TX, Daughter Sharon (Greg) Gehl of P.S.J, 4 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Beloved brother to Jim (Phyllis) Belcher of FL, John (Colleen) Belcher of FL, and Joyce (John) Smith of FL.
My deepest "Thank You" to Marsha Purvis and Jeremy Yost for everything you did for us. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later time.

Sorry for your loss Vicky and to Ralph's family. I remember the first day I met Ralph at the city garage, he was working on my patrol car. We quickly formed a friendship and he told me that I had his past patrol I.D. number. Ralph always looked out for me and took care of my patrol car as quick as he could, often working on it on the fly so I didn't have to drive a junk spare cruiser. I loved going to the city garage and listening to Ralph tell me stories about the good ole' days.
Ralph keep turning the wrenches in the sky and keep our angels cruising and watching over us.
Rest in peace I.D.#142......you will be missed.

Hello Vicky,
To you and all of Ralph's extended family, my sincerest condolences. I interacted often with Ralph when he was at Rockledge's public works, and he was quite a guy. He helped me out many times when I needed something done on my patrol car. God Bless you.
