Patricia Spaulding Obituary
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Ray Wisinger; and brother, Donald Kevin Wisinger.
She is survived by her mom, Mary Wisinger Thomas; sister, Teresa Wisinger Starr; sons, Clint (Beth) Spaulding, Brad Spaulding and Kevin Staley, all of Dallas, Texas; mother-in-law, Sara Spaulding; nephew, Cody Jackson; and nieces, Aubrey Starr and Savannah Wisinger.
She also leaves many childhood friends to cherish her memory, Renee Poulter Dahl, Dawn Vestal, Tracy Bush Miller, Theresa Maguire, Debbie Spaulding, Tami Threlkeld, Kim Poulter Comire. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A special thanks to Mark and Lori Riley and Ed Smith for all of the help and thoughtful things you did while she was sick. Also special thanks to all of the doctors, nurses, and staff from Palliative Care and Comfort Unit at UAB in Birmingham.
The family requests donations to the UAB Palliative Care and Comfort Unit C/O Kristen Farmer Hall, POT 1231, 1530 Third Ave. S., Birmingham, AL 35294. Words are indescribable for the care they give those with cancer.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Crestwood Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
