Toby and I send our sympathies to the family. Each time I talked with him I was impressed by his smile and eagerness to listen. My memories include one time after he reinlisted in the Army he took Buddy and me in a car somewhere in the "country at that time". Both Buddy and I were impressed listening to him talk about the Army. We were no more than 9 and 11 years old, yet he took time to be with us.

I am a niece of Uncle Buck. I remember Uncle Buck as far back as when he was in the military. He has always been a kind, gentle Christian man. He will be missed but we know he is in the heaven that he preached about for many years.

Uncle Buck was a wonderful man who was a true servant of God and loved his family with all his heart. He was always very quiet but when he spoke you knew he meant what he said. Mother and dad loved it when he and aunt Peggy came to visit. Many fond memories of childhood
