Karl will be missed by everyone who trained with him over the years here with us. His memory will be kept alive by those of us who knew him, sweated with him, bled with him, and laughed with him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family during this difficult time. Karl was my Team Sergeant in Bad Tolz from 1987-1991. Karl was a great leader and all around good guy who placed a heavy emphasis on ensuring his Soldiers were properly trained. May you find comfort in knowing how many people share your sadness.

My thoughts and prayers go out to you. I served with Karl when he was assigned to the 10th Group at Ft. Carson. The Special Operations community has lost a true professional. We are all better off for the service he has provided our country. God bless.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Karl was a great guy, I am glad I had the opportunity to meet him. He was a real trooper putting up with all the reunion planning. I am so sorry for your loss. May his memories comfort you and bring a smile to your heart.

Please accept my sincerest condolences - I am deeply saddened by your loss. I served with Karl in Bad Toelz from 1988 - 1991. He was truly a dedicated professional in every since of the word.
