Cassinova Jackson Obituary

Cass was one of my favorite brothers. He was my inspiration to start singing. He made me laugh occasionally and he had the best sprit anyone could ever have. I remember how he wouldn't eat meat and could never hurt a fly. He was always as skinny as me, surprisingly, and he always would have a joke or a story to tell. Cass spoke his thoughts through his songs which I used to love to hear, he loved me and everyone. He even sang to the homeless. He made me so much more than I am. I still am so sad that he is gone, but I remember he once told me if he ever died not to cry, but to have a good time, because he wanted everyone to remember him with happy thoughts. I will miss him and his soul being with me. But I know he is stuck in my heart and in my memories even if he doesn't want to be there, he is. I love him and he will be missed.
Destiny his little sister.

We’ll never stop fighting for the dreams we all shared. Charlie’s backyard and those scattered city streets will be carried as far as these wings can spread.

It's been 7 years now. I wish you could see me now. I wish I could have seen the man you would have grown into. The world is so crazy now and our old home is gone and forgotten. I left knowing there was nothing to turn back to. I can't seem to bring myself to see you since we all did at your funeral. I can't even believe I'm writing this now. I still see you in my mind, playing beautiful songs to me. I don't want to see you there. I don't want to be reminded I will never talk to you or see you again. I'm not even talking to you now, only whatever tangible message I can send into nothingness. Even knowing that, all I can hear is your voice in my head, singing to me. And here I see old messages left from our loved ones, and only wish for our younger days. Life is cruel, Cass. And all we have are memories. So, if you are truly anywhere in the Cosmos, I hope it is somewhere full of music and color, brightness and energy. And if not, at least we will always carry your memory into our own graves. I will never forget you brother.

Someone that i can look and see..
How sad the song we never got to meet.
But as i look, there is something beautiful that remains..
I watched his smiles his love for music..left a pretty stain...
that can never be washed away, by tears or rain..
The why`s do`nt ask, for this is life as u say..
just know that the time god him, was a beautiful day...
this i will treasure, 4 it seems to be only right..
And you my love i know u were a beautiful mother on her lovely flight..

Remember that day I opened the door and you're smiling face shone out
Remember that day I walked in the room and you sat playing a song
Remember that day we drove all day and talked about our dreams
Remember that day we laughed and played and laughed even more
Remember that day you said I would do great things one day.
There were many more days of happiness and fun.
You believed in me and pushed and cheered me on through rough times, friend. And I will always remember all those days, all those moments, and keep you in my memories and heart until the day we can do those things again. I love you always.

It'll always be me and you brother. I'll chase the sunset until I find you.

i was thinking about you before i got the call that night.. i was in my kitchen looking at cinnamon thinking about how you passed the challenge some time ago.. i was looking forward to seeing you when i came home for christmas.. im sorry i cant take emergency leave to be there. you suprised me cass.. i saw you as someone who cared so much for the well being of others that i thought you had it together more than any of us. now there is no tomorrow to see you on.. no game of hack no song by a bonfire.. you always said not to cry if something happened to someone you love because its not what they would want and im trying not to but i dont have the kind of strength you had.. not yet. im never going to forget you. i know your family is hurting.. they share your blood, im only a friend and its tearing me apart.. all i can do now is pray for you but all i really want is a hug, a handshake, a smile.. i love you man. maybe we'll see each other again one day. and i guess thats the reason im praying.

Mr. Cassinova Jackson,
I first met you in the sixth grade a Roosevelt Elementary. You were my first boyfriend and you were so sweet. It didnt mean anything, it told me what kind of person you were. Accepting me as a boney lil girl I was. We have definitely grown from then. I would give anything to go back, those innocent and noncaring times. Im going to miss. May you rest in peace. Always have you in my heart.
