Vivian, Charlotte, Robin, Gretchen and all of Hank's family and friends - we are so sorry at this time. Hank's fight was an inspiration! I'll cherish my last couple visits with him at Yale NH Hospital. We know he is in a better place now, and now he gets to overlook, and continue to send his love and enjoy his family, loved ones and friends from a special place... and I'm sure he is enjoying some really good "pie" now. Have a piece of Blueberry for me, Hank! We'll have a special one for you this Thanksgiving! Until we join hands again, God Bless!
Love, cousin-in-law Scot Graham and family, Theresse, Lindsay and Lesley.
