Harriett Jackson-Warfield Obituary

Harriett Christine Jackson-Warfield, 52, of West Hartford, departed this life on Wednesday (February 12, 2003), at Saint Francis Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late Alphonso Jackson and Harriet Havens-Jackson, Harriett resided in West Hartford, for the past 11-½ years. She is survived by her loving and devoted son, Richard Warfield of West Hartford; stepmother, Mattie Jackson of Savannah, GA; maternal aunts and uncle, Laura Stanfield of Queens, NY, Margaret and Daniel Smith of New York; fraternal aunts, Lillie Mae Johnson of Brooklyn, NY, Mary Jean Jackson-Wright of New Jersey and Laura Jackson of Brooklyn, NY. Harriett is also survived by five loving brothers and sisters, Alphonso Jackson, Jr. of Delaware, MD, Kevin Jackson of Roosevelt, Long Island, NY, Diane Ralph of Queens, NY, Linda Marcucci of Queens, NY and Valerie Daniels of Savannah, GA. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, February 19, at Pilgrim Way Baptist Church, 19 Columbia Road, Windsor, from 1-2 p.m. Homegoing Services will be held at 2 p.m. Repast will be immediately following services at the church.
