Kris was a student and advisee of mine at the Maryland Institute College of Art. He stood out in a crowd of extraordinary students. His passing is deeply felt by all of us who had the pleasure of knowing him.
We will honor him by keeping him close to our hearts.

My son, Curtis Sanford, was a friend of Kristoffer's since he was ten. Curtis was so saddened to hear the tragic news. He wished he could come from college in Indiana to be at Kris' memorial service. Curtis described Kris as the kinda' guy who always had a smile and could just brightedn his day. What a wonderful tribute to your son. Your family has been in my thoughts and prayers. May God give you His peace, strength and comfort.
