Joan Krystopa Memoriam
Joan Krystopa 73, of Southington passed away Friday, Aug 22nd after a short illness at her daughter's home in Northern California. She is survived by her daughter Robyn Bugas and her husband Jack Bugas, grandsons Chase and Daniel Bugas, her sister Dolores DeGumbia and brother Frank Mottola and his wife Joanne Mottola, as well as many special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Bob Krystopa and son Robert J Krystopa. Joan was a lifelong resident of Southington. She and her husband Bob owned and operated Krys' Plantsville Pizza for 40 years. She will be dearly missed by all of those who knew her. A memorial mass will be held at St. Thomas Church at 10am on Friday Sept 12, 2014. Burial will be private.
