Frederic Dauch Obituary



Frederic W. Dauch Jr., 88, beloved husband of 62 years to Marilyn passed away on Friday June 12, 2015. Fred was born in Waterbury, CT. He attended Taft and graduated from Yale University where he ran track. Fred served in the Navy during WWII and had a successful career as a National Sales Manager for the Fuller Brush company. He and his wife Marilyn enjoyed traveling especially on the west coast where they spent many winters in Palm Springs, CA. Besides his wife Marilyn, he is survived by his children: Steve, Cindy, Patty, Fred and Rob. He was predeceased by his son Jeff. Fred was a proud grandfather of ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren: Tina, Locke, Howie, Sam, Sarah, Robbie, Willie, Emily, Natalie, Graham, Faith and Skyla. A wake will be held Tuesday June 16th from 5-7pm at Molloy Funeral Home, 906 Farmington Ave. West Hartford. A private extended family service is scheduled immediately following the wake. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Online expressions of sympathy may be made at www.molloyfuneralhome.com
