Dear friends of Anne Marie,
I read with warmth and interest of the life of your friend in our local newspaper. It caught my eye because I am also a Rousseau. My grandfather John Rousseau, was from Rimouski. He later settled in Hartford where my mother was born. Although my maiden name was Walker, I legally changed my name to Rousseau several years ago - because like your friend there was no one left to carry on the family name.
Anne Marie is very fortunate to have such loving friends who would give her such a caring memorial.
My sympathy and warmest regards to all of you.
