Orpha Clay

Orpha L. Clay "Lou" of Edmonds, WA passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011 peacefully in her sleep. Lou was born in Adona, Arkansas July 31, 1926 to her parents, Benjamin and Mildred Jones.
Lou is survived by her husband, Hearl Clay "Buck," of 63 years; her children, Diana, Ken and Kevin Clay; grandchildren, Stacy Stead, Ryan, Adam, Lucas and Dustin Clay; and great-grandchildren, Ashley and Riley Stead.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 14, 2011 at Purdy & Walters at Floral Hills, with Pastor Scott Fenton officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to service.
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Providence Hospice & Home Care Foundation, 2731 Wetmore Avenue #500, Everett, WA 98201 or at www.providence.org/phhc. Online condolences may be shared with the family by visiting the funeral home website www.floralhillslynnwood.com

Lou was such a great neighbor of ours in Bothell. One day she found a stray dog and thinking it was ours, kept it safe until we returned home. Our sincerest sympathies for the family's loss.
