Gary Matson Obituary
He was the owner of Progressive Machine Technologies, LLC of Holland.
Gary is survived by his daughters, Jessica and Cory Cooper of Jenison, Lauren Matson of Kalamazoo, Kelsey Matson of Holland; grandchildren, Lillyan Cooper, Keegan Cooper, Juliannah Dirkse; mother, Sandy and Vern Stout of Holland; father, Keith Matson of Holland; brother, Robert Matson of Cape Coral, FL; sister, Michelle and Ed Bruursema of Zeeland.
Following cremation, a memorial visitation is planned for 5 – 7p.m. on Tuesday, April 15 at Langeland-Sterenberg Funeral Home, 315 E 16th St., Holland. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice. Condolence messages may be left online at www.langelandsterenberg.com.

Hi Gary- its been 5 years since you were taken from us. Miss you more today than ever. So glad your mom and I are reconnecting i would like to think you and my mom had something to do with that. Also had dinner with Rob while i was in Florida dedinitely has the Matson wit but not near as quick as you. Miss your hands and your humor everyday. Love Jod

Hi daddy,
I married Cody about 4 months ago, it was the best day of my life, and so hard to go through without you. I know you loved Cody and would have been proud to have him as a son-in-law. It was so hard to walk down the aisle without you holding my hand, but I absolutely know you were there with all of us. It was the perfect day and I like to think you had your hand in that. Thank you for everything you ever did for me. I love you beyond words. And miss you even more.
Life isn't the same. Can't wait to see and hear your voice again. Watch over our family. We think of you always.

I miss you like crazy Gary. My life is not the same with out you here to share our daughters and grand kids growing up. We spent 28 years of our lives together, through good and bad. You will always hold a special place in my heart and I think about you everyday.

you will be missed so much , I couldn't believe this and it's really been bothering me I thank god for you and coming into mine and my moms life , even though it didn't plan out the way it should of been.I'm glad me and Logan got to meet such a great kind hearted person. We appreciate everything you did for us the short time you were around ,and I wish I got to of met your daughters, I remember telling you how cool it would be to have new sisters especially since you had a Lauren already and I was really looking forward to meeting them and Logan meeting jewels , Now Logan has a tricycle to ride all this summer and we can always remember it was from you :) .. Gary....I spoke with you that evening that God came to take you home. I cannot believe I will never hear your voice or see you again.I believe God had put us in each others lives for a reason to fill each others hearts with the missing pieces.
