She is survived by her parents, Donald and Kathleen Thibodeaux Bourg; brothers, Jerome Bourg and wife, Kathy, David Bourg and wife, Marlene, and Darin Bourg and former wife, Renee; niece and godchild, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Bourg; godfather, Curtis Thibodeaux; godmother, Rosella Thibodeaux; stepchildren, Rana Price, Kelly Theriot and husband, Timmy, and Darren Price and wife, Chrystal; step-grandchildren, Alissa Vincent, Dylan Fabregas, Mindie Price, Kaydi LeCompte, Kade Theriot, and Darren Price Jr.; and step-great-grandchildren, Jamie Miles Jr. and Kanyon Cox.

DonnaAnn was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She worked as a nurse for more than 20 years. She was an animal lover and will be missed by her two rescued dogs, Bitsy and Missy. She lived her life for others and wanted to help everyone. She always had a beautiful smile for all the people she came into contact with. DonnaAnn loved Mardi Gras. She was a former member of the Krewe of Aphrodite and a present member of the Krewe of Cleopatra, both for many years. She loved her family with all of her heart, especially her niece and godchild, Kaitlyn. In her younger years, she and her husband enjoyed spending lots of time fishing. She was known by many and loved by all.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at TGMC CCU for the awesome, loving care they gave to Donna Ann for the five weeks she was there, along with Dr. Guidry, Dr. Matherne, Dr. Bourgeois, Dr. Eschete, and Dr. Gamble. You will forever be in our prayers.

I will forever miss Donna. She was a loving and caring friend. We had great times together. I feel so blessed to have had her in my life. I am also glad I had so much time with her these last five weeks. I thank her family for allowing me that time. I love you Donna. Rest in peace. My prayers for her family. Kaitlyn could not have had a better person for her nanny.

I will forever remember Donna's laugh. There was never a time that I spent with her that she was not full of laughter and fun. If something bothered her, you wouldn't have known it. She was a devoted wife and she had my utmost respect. Will miss that laugh but will never forget it.
