CAROL WHITE Obituary

CAROL ANN CREED WHITE of Ingram, Texas peacefully left this life at home on June 2, 2010. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles Herbert White and their only son, Victor. She will rejoice in their reunion. They lived most of their lives in Houston where she fully enjoyed their friends and family. She was a former Mrs. Houston pageant winner and had great stories to tell of a full & happy life. Her grace and smile were inspirational to those that knew her. Carol Ann's laughter, thoughtfulness, her love for people & entertaining are some things about her that we will miss. Those that loved her also rejoice that her pain is over.She was born February 2, 1934 to Maurine & Victor Creed. She married Charles on May 2, 1952 in Houston at the West University Church of Christ. She is survived by her daughter in law, Terry Lynn White; grandchildren, Jaime White Martinez and husband, Bart and Jessica Maurine White Hartshorn and husband, Andy; great grandsons, Bartolome, Aiden & Gavin, and friends.A private burial will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery in Houston, Texas.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. The family sends grateful thanks to the loving staff at Peterson Hospice, her doctors and the caring group of women who helped care for her.Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.www.grimesfuneralchapels.com
