To the Chapa Family,

Your mother was a beautiful example of what it means to live and love deeply. Although Mrs. Chapa came to us for dialysis treatment she gave far more than she received. We are so grateful for the memory of her smile, her morning greeting, her updates on the grandchildren, and her wonderful dessert. Mrs. Chapa came every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for treatment but she extended herself into our lives and helped to make us a family. We are so grateful for every birthday cake, little Christmas angel and act of kindness that she shared.

We know it was really hard for her to go on with out her beloved Sergio Sr. and we smile through our tears knowing they are together again.

We Thank God for the privilege of caring for your mother, grandmother, and sister.

Dear Chapa children and grandchildren--I only got to know Julia during the time that she joined our Razzle Dazzle Red Hat Society. She would share her stories of adventures with her grand daughter and she would mention her beloved deceased husband and how much her children meant to her. She would only mention her discomfort in passing. Never complaining about the dialysis. It was a privilege to meet her, if only for a short while. God bless her Soul and may God send his healing Holy Spirit upon your family to bring you peace and comfort in the knowledge that Julia now rests at the table of God. She will prepare a place for you in Heaven when you arrive also.

Tia Julie,
You were like a 2nd Mom to me....and our family. I will always have wonderful memories of you. I know that Tio Petey and Mom came for you and now you all are together again. It's a very bitter-sweet moment but I know you are happy again to be able to be with your sister and husband. I love you so much and will miss you dearly. You will always hold a special place in my heart. Enjoy your new adventure with Tio Petey. I know in my heart you'll be looking at me when I get married in September....I'll play some Ramon Ayala for you.
I love you Tia Julie.
Love,
Vicki Gallegos (Mrs. Guerra - soon!) and John
