Don Myers Obituary

Don Mercer Myers, Sr., born February 13, 1932, passed away on August 5, 2012. Mr. Myers proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Gloria Myers; children, Don Mercer Myers, Jr. and wife Rebecca, and Pamela Travis and husband Butch; grandchildren, Melissa Myers, Stephanie Fridel, Tyler Myers, Justin Travis, and Chelsea Travis; great-granddaughter, Jaylin Travis; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Don's Life will be held at 12:30 PM Thursday August 9, 2012 in The Chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home with interment to follow in SouthPark Cemetery. A gathering of friends and family will be held on Wednesday August 8, 2012 from 5-8 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home. For further information, please visit the funeral home website.
