A brilliant but equally wise man. Don is fondly recalled for his grace for & understanding of those less-equipped to provide same. Missed professionally and personally to this day, and will be given his all-embracing influence

Dear Barbara, to you and your wonderful family my deepest sympathy is ever yours. I knew Don for many years as a fellow employee at Petreco. We developed mutual respect and an abiding friendship. He helped to teach me bridge during our lunch hour. He and Bruce Martin used the no mercy method; it worked! He had lively wit and a kind and caring nature. Since I retired, I called him every 6 months or so, and we talked about our favorite subjects - our beloved wives, children, pets and the mutual friends we had known over the years of working together. These conversations over the phone will always help sustain me until we meet at the eternal reunion with our Lord. My love to all.

Barbara, Kathleen, Melissa and the entire Winslow family, our family prays that God will bless your family with much strength, comfort and peace during this very difficult time in your life. There were so many special moments in my mind of Don including he was the first judge I was ever entered under in Samoyeds and best of all it was a big sweeps class at Astroseries in the 80's and Flash won his class. I'll never forget it. Through the years, and since that time, there have been so many memories at shows, nationals, etc. He was always involved. His smile will always be remembered. A proud man, a wonderful family man...he'll be missed greatly! Hugs to you all, Chris & Debbie Baird & family

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. May God grant him rest and peace, although, all his dogs in heaven are going to want to play with him right away.

Don was always kind and welcoming to us and so happy to share his passion about the pups with us. We are better for having known him.
