Edward Folks Obituary

EDWARD A. FOLKS, 61, passed away on Monday, September 09, 2002. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Debra Elise Folks. Edward retired after 27 years of service from Xerox. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Patricia Folks; daughter, Lisa Dawn Sowders and husband Steve; son, Lance Edward Folks and wife Tina; sister, Melba Godfrey; grandchildren, Amanda, Brandi and Cody Folks; aunt and uncle Fay and Roy Krause; niece, Lauren Godfrey; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 11, 2002 in Woodlawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, September 12, 2002 in the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home with interment to follow in Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Candle Lighters or the Amercian Cancer Association.
