Charlotte White Obituary

Charlotte L. White
age 84, of Mt. Vernon, formerly of Canton passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012. She was born Nov. 4, 1927 in Canton, Ohio to the late Charles and Thusnelda Prince. Charlotte graduated from Timken High School in 1945. She was a member of Central Church of Christ, Mt. Vernon, Ohio and was a former member of First Christian Church of Canton, Ohio.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell; two sisters, Marjorie Whisler and Lola Hague. Charlotte is survived by her son, Jefferson (Pat) White of Columbus, Ohio and daughter, Teresa (Kenneth) Farnham of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; two grandchildren, Amy (Joshua) Walton and William (Michelle) Farnham; sister, Janet Risher of Navarre, Ohio.
A Calling hour will be held on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012 in the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Christian Children's Home of Ohio, 2685 Armstrong Rd. P.O. Box 765 Wooster, Ohio 44691.
