Please accept my deepest condolences during this difficult time.
Laurel was a very special person in my life. In 1985, my best friend (my Grandma Annamarie) fell in love with and got married to Laurel's father Jiggs. Laurel graciously welcomed me, my mother, and my sister into the Poland family.
The love of the Poland family to my grandmother and their acceptance of us was such a blessing.
I am so sorry she had to physically suffer from cancer in her final days. Having such a loving family caring for her was a blessing, and I am confident they delivered her into the hands of Jesus.
With God's love, Lisa Thomas
