ADELE ROSE GALLAGHER Adele Rose Gallagher (nee: Daneri) died on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Wayne, NJ. She was 97. Born in Jersey City, she resided in Bayonne and Pompton Plains, NJ for many years before moving to Whippany, NJ. She was the past President of the Col-umbiettes, a women's auxiliary to the Knights of Columbus, Greenville Council 3988, past President of Andrean Senior Citizen Club, Bayonne, a volun-teer at HIGHWAYS, a part of the Windmill Alliance, Inc., Bayonne and Bayonne Medical Center. Adele was a member of St. Andrew's RC Church, Bayonne, where she was also a lector, Eucharistic minister and member of their rosary society. She was also a Eucharistic min-ister at Cedar Crest Catholic Community, Pompton Plains, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband, John E. Gallagher, her parents and many brothers and sisters. Adele is survived by her four children; David and wife, Lorraine of Somerset, NJ; Anne and husband, Patrick of Arling-ton, VA; Eileen and husband, John of Morris Twp. and Robert and wife, Tanya of Owings, MD. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Suzanne, Lisa, Deirdre, Meagan, Larisa, Christopher, Chi and Helen and ten great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Assumption, Morristown, NJ on Monday at 10:00 a.m. Inter-ment Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, NJ.
